If you read my last issue you know I had slightly more wins than losses in 2024 and that was acceptable considering some unfortunate circumstances.
This year, the word is moderation. Like with drinking, I will sip my goals slowly having a glass of water in between. Being drunk with goals is a mess and doesn’t serve you or me and goal hangovers, especially failed ones, are the worst.
I’ve kicked off the year with a 30 Day Dungeon goal.
You can watch Day One ⬇️
I will finish, come hell or high water, my Crit Happens Zine #6 The Corrpdead
I will continue my video commentary of the Advanced Dungeons and Dragons setting The Vilhon Reach. The next episode should be on the area of Turmish.
This is where you come in.
If I were to dedicate the next issue (or the next few) to an rpg issue you are currently facing (Player/DM/Creator), what would that issue or issues be about? Let me know and I’ll put my best effort into it.
As for games, I want to try (play or run) these RPG’s
Kal-Arath from
(overview forthcoming)ACK II (Adventurer, Conqueror, King 2e)
These are soft goals not hard goals so if I miss one or two, I won’t be down on myself.
Lastly, my ultimate goal is to attend the NTRPG Con in June. It was a such a blast last year, I have to do it again.
I have started playing Kal-Arath and writing about my solo play on here. I’m loving it! For things in 2025, just finding more structured time to paint minis, play solo games, build terrain, all of this on a budget. Also keeping the family DnD monthly game going. I’d like to go to my first Con, but I want to find a smaller, local one. Looking forward to seeing your stuff in 2025.
I recently picked up Kal-Arath myself, and love it! I've only played solo so far, but the game is so much fun. Castle Grief really nailed it
