Any thief worth their salt will have these items hidden on them or in their secret room behind the book case in their hide out.
**Poison/Narcotic 1 vile** cost: 100 gp (poisons can vary and if you can make your own from plants, monsters, snakes, etc. you can save some money.)
*Pin-Ring* to administer the poison up close
*Blow Gun* to administer the poison far away.
**Thieves tools** cost: 25 gp be sure to upgrade to Master Thieves Tool when you can.
**Dried Meat** to throw to those hungry guard dogs
**Vile of Blood** someone else’s preferably to throw beasts off your trail.
**Manacles** to restrain inconvenient folks and save your rope
**Disguise Kit (fake nose, wig, teeth, etc)**
**Magnifying Lens** cost: 100 gp needed to check those stolen jewels
**Oil 1 flask** cost: 1 sp
**Camo Clothing** - all black and all green outfits, cheaper than a cloak of elvinkind (2,500)
**Rope and Grappling Hook** - cost: 2 gp and weight 4lbs
**Crowbar** - cost: 2 gp weight 5lbs
**Caltrops** - cost 1 gp weight 2lbs 5ft space
**Mirror and stick** to check around those pesky corners.
**Ball bearings (1,000)** - Cost: 1 gp Weight: 2 lbs and covers 10 ft on each side of you
**Dagger** - Cost: 2 gp Weight: 1 lb
Bonus
**Boot dagger** - cost 30 gp for a pair wt 1lb if you craft it yourself, $50 if you bought them outright.
It takes a character trained in both Craft (cobbling) and Craft (weaponsmithing) to make blade boots. The Craft DC is 20 to refit an existing boot with a blade, or 11 to make a new pair. Refitting a boot takes about a day of work, if the blade and materials are on hand, or a week if they must be fashioned from scratch. Someone on my Youtube channel commented that I should have included a 10 ft pole and so I am adding it here. This works best if the pole is retractable and the thief using it is great at acrobatics/athletics.
