If you're playing a thief in Dungeons and Dragons

If you have an npc or character, who happens to be a thief, why not give them a motto to live by. Here are 15 mottos your thief could use to direct their decisions.

1. "Take what you can, give nothing back"

2. "Steal from the rich, give to the poor"

3. "Honor among thieves"

4. "The bigger the risk, the bigger the reward"

5. "No risk, no reward"

6. "Better to be a rich thief than a poor honest man"

7. "If you can't steal it, you don't need it"

8. "The key to success is not getting caught"

9. "Never steal from someone who can't afford it"

10. "Pockets are empty until they're filled"

11. "If it's worth it, it's worth the risk"

12. "A good thief is a patient thief"

13. "Opportunity makes the thief"

14. "Always have an exit strategy"

15. "In the end, we're all thieves in some way"
